Trips & services built around your week

Five signature journeys, one obsessive travel team. Every trip below runs with small groups, honest pricing and a plan B we build before you need it. Book a slot and we'll call you back the same day.

How we work

Trips designed by people who actually go

Nothing on this page came out of a brochure. We drive the routes, sleep in the stays and eat at the tables before we ever sell a seat. That's why our groups are small — usually eight to twelve travellers — and why people come back with their parents, then their kids.

What's included

One price, no fine print

Every AmazingMoments trip ships with the boring-but-important stuff already handled, so the trip starts the moment you leave the driveway.

Hand-picked stays

Small hotels and lodges we've slept in ourselves — never anonymous towers.

Local guides

People who live where you're going — storytellers, not megaphones.

All tickets upfront

Park passes, reef levies, show seats — booked and in your pocket before departure.

24/7 trip line

One number reaches your named designer, not an overseas call centre.

Booking a trip

From "where to?" to packed in three steps

No search forms, no filters — talk to a person who knows the road.

Your designer rings within one business day with dates, options and two price points.

03

Approve & relax

Happy with the plan? We book everything and send one tidy itinerary.

Small travel group walking a boardwalk in a rainforest gorge

Small groups, on purpose

Twelve people get into the winery that coaches can't enter and onto the reef pontoon before the crowds. Small is not a compromise — it's the whole point. Read how we work on the about page, or check the destinations we cover.

Questions we hear every week

Can't find your answer? Call +61 2 9897 7017 or use the contact form — a real person replies.

Hit Book now on any trip card — a quick form opens, you leave your contacts, and your travel designer calls you back within one business day to confirm details and dates. No payment happens at that step.

Eight to twelve travellers on scheduled departures. Private trips run from two people — you set the pace, we set the route.

That's most of what we do. Any trip can be re-cut — longer, slower, more reef, less driving. Tell us what to change and we'll re-quote within two business days.

Stays, listed activities, park fees and ground transport. Flights are quoted separately so you can use points if you prefer. Every quote is itemised — no mystery "service fees".

Every route pack includes a ready plan B — alternate stays and activities we can switch to with one message. You'll rarely notice the weather had other ideas.
Ready when you are

Pick a trip, we'll do the rest

One call, one form, one conversation — that's all it takes to turn a date range into a route.
